The challenge

Shoppers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude for product recommendations — but Shopify stores are invisible to them. No structured schema, no FAQ markup, no AI-readable descriptions. Merchants needed a way to fix this without hiring a developer or learning JSON-LD.
