Leco Digital ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you visit lecodigital.com or use our services, including the Shopify app Leco AI Search Booster Pro.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors: anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, country) — no PII.
Contact form: name, email, and message you submit voluntarily.
Shopify app users: see the dedicated section below.
2. Leco AI Search Booster Pro — Shopify App
When merchants install our Shopify app, we store:
- Shop domain, name, email, country, currency
- Product titles, descriptions, tags, images, variants
- AI-attributed order data: order ID, total, referrer, creation date
We never read customer PII from orders — no names, emails, addresses, phones, or payment data.
3. How we use data
- Calculate AI Visibility Scores
- Generate AI-optimized content (descriptions, schema, FAQ, alt text)
- Show merchants which AI assistants drive traffic
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell or share data with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Third-party services
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI content generation. Anthropic does not retain or train on API data under our commercial agreement.
- Shopify Admin API — product and order data access.
- Hosting — secure VPS in EU, data encrypted at rest.
5. Data retention & deletion
Shopify app data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall via app/uninstalled and shop/redact webhooks.
Contact form submissions are retained until your inquiry is resolved.
6. GDPR / CCPA
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@lecodigital.com.
7. Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted filesystem at rest, access tokens encrypted, backups encrypted AES-256, 30-day retention, SSH key + IP allowlist for production access.
